ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day. Shipping address must match the billing address in order to be processed.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. This confirmation email will be needed when making returns so please do not discard. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number. Orders will ship 2-4 weeks from order date.

SHIPPING 

Shipping fees will vary depending on the method chosen during check out and geographical location. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom fees. Please note that these fees are not included in your purchase order and will be billed separately by the shipping company. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. All orders are shipped in Black Fashion Fair standard boxes and/or protective envelopes. Black Fashion Fair is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail courier to track down your package. When entering shipping info please make sure your destination is accurate and reliable.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

To ensure that our platform is capable of existing for years to come and because of the charitable contributions, all sales are final. Items offered by Black Fashion Fair are often times created made-to-order; this means that we do not offer monetary refunds, but do offer credit for future purchases and size exchanges when excess inventory allows for such.
